After filling the Consumer Loan Application Online – What happens next?
If you are the only applicant, the completed application is automatically sent to The County FCU loan staff for review. A Loan Officer will get back to you by the end of the next business day.
If there is a joint applicant, the completed application will be forwarded to the email address you specified on the first step. Once the joint owner has signed the application form, a Loan Officer will get back to you by the end of the next business day.
If you do not hear back from a Loan Officer within two business days please contact The County Federal Credit Union at 1-877-318-3838 and a Member Service Representative can assist you.
