• Branch Supervisor - Mars Hill

We are looking for an enthusiastic Branch Supervisor at our Mars Hill Branch! The role of this position is to provide unequivocally superior member service to your co-workers and the members during every interaction or transaction. You will also assist in directing the operations of a credit union facility, ensuring the branch meets organizational, financial, operational, service, and growth plans/goals. You would be responsible for servicing and increasing the credit union’s portfolio of loans and other financial services initiated through relationships with our existing and potential members. You would also actively participate in the credit union’s business and community development philosophy.

The ideal candidate would be able to regularly perform the essential duties of all branch personnel, including direct involvement in Vault/Head Teller responsibilities, Teller transaction processing, and balancing. They would need to be able to work Saturdays and periodically attend early morning meetings. They should also be able to supervise and perform all aspects of the MSR of Lending function under dual control, performing all aspects of consumer loan closings.

• Consumer Loan Operations Processor I - Caribou

Primarily responsible for processing consumer loans post-closing to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. Secondary responsibilities include processing of paid loans, title and loan security management, document imaging, and other loan operational duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will conduct consumer loan documentation review, perfection of liens, filing of UCCs, verifying insurance coverage, submitting and tracking applications for automobile titles, and Certification of Lend Pro Loans. Paid Loan processing, including the release of security instruments and related member correspondence. Loan document imaging: Organizing and archiving consumer loan packages and ensuring accuracy and completeness. Review loan files for compliance with loan policies and procedures, including completion of loan checklists. Actively communicate issues and updates with branch staff to ensure the highest level of member service and efficiency. Process incoming requests from branches for member collateral release documents. Utilize technology to manage all loan department consumer loans, ensuring a timely, compliant, accurate, and efficient post-closing loan operational workflow. Maintain all physical consumer loan files and documentation in a safe and compliant manner. Assist loan officers in all clerical areas, including the processing of paid loans, as well as any area directed by management. Other duties as assigned by management

• Loan Officer - Caribou

The County Federal Credit Union is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual as a Loan Officer in our Caribou branch. The Loan Officer is responsible for originating loans by meeting with potential borrowers to determine the appropriate products, obtain proper documentation, and follow through with the entire loan process. The selected candidate will ensure all credit union policies and procedures are followed and documented. They will manage members through the entire loan process, from data collection and analysis to loan conclusion, while maintaining positive customer relationships. They will collect and analyze information regarding member income, assets, investments, and debts, set proper member expectations, and provide timely status updates to ensure a positive member experience. The selected candidate will counsel and explain products, rates, terms, and payment amounts to members; provide the necessary information, analysis, and comparisons to assist applicants with the application process, and make sound financial decisions in the applicant’s best interest.

• Member Service Representative - Caribou

• Float Teller/Member Relations Specialist (Full-time) - North

The County Federal Credit Union is seeking a positive and ambitious individual to join our team! We have Full-time, Float Teller/Member Relations Specialist position available in our northern branches. The Float Teller will be required to work from all of our credit union branches in the northern region. The role allows scheduling flexibility, branch hours to include weekends and occasional evenings, while still being able to enjoy all of the benefits of being a Teller.

This position is responsible for promoting our products and services to all members, processing member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other cash/check transactions), ensuring transactions are processed accurately and efficiently within our balancing procedures, and providing exceptional member service. The successful candidate will have a positive, friendly, professional attitude and appearance. Reliable transportation and attendance are a must, along with weekend availability. The Float Teller is a critical position within the system and an important member of the branch network. The Float Teller provides excellent member service by welcoming new and existing members of the credit union and assisting them with account transactions and servicing needs. In addition, this position acts as a resource in identifying and resolving member servicing issues, including referrals to the appropriate departments when necessary.
