Announcements

Dear Valued Members,

We want to inform you that The County Federal Credit Union will close our northern branches (Caribou, Fort Fairfield, Houlton, Mars Hill, and Presque Isle) at 2:00 p.m. on April 8th, 2024, to observe the total solar eclipse. This decision has been made with an abundance of caution, taking into consideration various factors such as the expected traffic and population increases in the area, potential service outages, and possible delays in emergency services. We want to ensure the safety of our employees and the well-being of our Credit Union members, which is why we have chosen to close at 2:00 p.m.

We understand that this closure may cause some inconvenience, but we encourage you to plan ahead by conducting your regular transactions or making payments on the business days leading up to the event. Rest assured that any ACH and check processing scheduled for that day will proceed as planned. Additionally, you can continue to access your account seamlessly 24/7 through the County MoGO mobile app or online banking.

Our team will be back to serve you during regular business hours on Tuesday, April 9th. This once-in-a-lifetime experience is a momentous occasion that deserves our attention and appreciation. We encourage everyone to join us in celebrating this celestial spectacle and experiencing it together. As a special treat, we welcome you to visit our Houlton branch, which is in the path of totality, for an exclusive County FCU treat!

Thank you for your understanding. We hope that the wonder of this experience inspires you, and we look forward to serving you soon.

Sincerely,

The County Federal Credit Union Team
