Like everyone, to limit the spread of the virus, we continue to adhere to social distancing, limiting the number of members in the lobbies and recommending the use of the drive-thru window. We love seeing our members and we love seeing them happy. If you find yourself in a bit of a line at our Drive-Thru windows, please consider these Helpful Tips:
•We certainly understand most people like to use the window lane at the Drive-Thru. However, there are certain transactions like Shared Branching or Rolled Coin transactions, that can only be performed at the window lane of the Drive-Thru, and typically those types of transactions take a little longer and will slow you down.
•We are in hopes that if the tube lane is available you will take advantage of that lane. We promise we will get you on your way as soon as possible. To help things move a little more quickly please have your ID, your account information and your transaction ready.
•Fridays and the 3rd of each month are the busiest days for all financial institutions. If possible you may want to save yourself a little frustration and consider picking an alternative day, time or method to conduct your transactions.
•Avoiding our busiest times at opening, lunchtime (11 am to 1 pm) and late in the afternoon may be helpful.
•We have the latest in technology that allows you to perform most transactions, like mobile deposit, transfer money, pay bills and check balances from anywhere on your mobile device.
