New to Us - Better for Everyone!

Our Credit Union will be introducing a brand new telephone system to our organization. This new telephone system will integrate all four locations with a state-of-the-art communications infrastructure.

We are just hours away from turning on the switch to a brand new telephone system.  Over the last several years, it has become quite evident that we have outgrown our existing phone systems.  After an exhaustive due diligence process, we selected a local vendor to install a unified communications solution.  This solution combines traditional handset functionality with web portal integration to give our employees a variety of ways to best handle the over 15,000 calls we receive each month.

If you have called into one of our branches in the recent past and have experienced poor call quality, or forever ringing with no answer, or was being transferred to another extension and the call was abruptly dropped, then you have experienced the terror of our past telephone system.  If any consolation, that system will soon be exiting our facilities – never to return!

It may take several days or weeks for all of our employees to become comfortable with the new telephone system.  Like road construction, it will eventually be worth it!

Meanwhile, should you experience any “bumps” along the way, please let one of our employees know.  We will do our best to correct any issues.
