Teller/Member Services Representatives promote our products and services to all members, process member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other cash/check transactions), ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently within our balancing procedures, and provide exceptional member service. Must have sales and great communication skills. This position involves continuous standing and/or walking.

We have a Full-Time Member Service Center Representative position available in the Caribou branch.
The ideal candidate will work as part of a team to ensure members and potential members receive fast, courteous service on the telephone. Staff will have the ability to clearly articulate product offerings, set up new accounts, respond to problems, and direct members’ telephone calls to the appropriate resource. They will resolve members’ questions and concerns during the first contact whenever possible. This role requires effective communication over the phone while maintaining in-depth knowledge of all products and services. This candidate should possess a pleasant personality, have the ability to research and resolve problems, and deal effectively with members’ needs.
